The Financial Services Authority (FSA) is the regulatory regime for the sale of insurance products. We are required as an authorised company, to give you this statement so that you can be confident in deciding if our products and services are right for you. Pavilion Insurance Management Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. Our FSA Register number is 300529.

All the specialist insurance products that we sell on our web site www.pavilioninsurance.com and through our call centre 02476 851000 have been developed by Pavilion Insurance Management Limited using our specialist knowledge of the markets in which we operate, and are underwritten by a panel of insurers including; UK Underwriting, acting on behalf of Primary Insurance Company Limited, AXA Insurance plc and Hiscox Insurance Company Ltd.

We do not provide advice as part of our service, but we will ask you questions to enable us to provide you with our most appropriate policy options. You will then need to make your own choice on how to proceed.

If we are unable to deal with your complaint to your satisfaction, then you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsmen Service.

We are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim. Further information about compensation scheme arrangements is available from the FSCS who can be contacted at:

The compensation limit for insurance mediation where the intermediary fails is 100% of the first £2,000 and 90% of the remainder.
